This Policy Plan describes the strategy, activities, governance,fundraising, financial management and use of assets of Stichting 22STARS for the period 2026–2030. It replaces the previous Policy Plan 2023–2027 and reflects the Foundation’s current scale, program structure and strategic priorities as of August 2026.
